Charming antique sapphire ring with diamonds set in 14ct gold with 585 hallmark. The ring has been beautifully crafted with its details in white gold on the front and yellow gold on the back.
The 3 blue stones are 2 natural sapphires and 1 replaced blue paste (glass stone). The large stone in the center is a natural blue sapphire and one of the small stones has been replaced. Around and on the side it has a total of 8 small old cut diamonds. The antique ring has a really beautiful design and stands out with its brilliance.
